Intuitive Yoga ~Ongoing: Every Friday Morning at 9:30am
 
This class incorporates, breath, yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, positive intention, dance, mantra and song. 
The main focus being the opening of the heart and how the breath can enter the heart with well-being and heal.
 
Men, Meditation and the Monkey Mind
Yoga is for MEN. From the earliest traditions of Yoga, Yoga was taught by MEN for MEN. 
It is only in the West that this idea has become diluted.

Yoga and Meditation is about MASTERY.
"When you master the internal mansion of the body, mind and spirit the external world follows".

This class has been designed by a man for men, in it you will learn to:
Build your internal life force, translating this into BEING.
Conquer and control your thoughts focusing them in a positive direction for your life's purpose.
Challenge and change negative body mind and spirit images with compassion.

The classes are held twice a month on Sundays from 6pm until 8pm
Bring your own mat, towel and water you will need them.

Guided Meditation ~Ongoing: Every 1st Wednesday 7pm

During this one hour of gently guided meditation experience, you will find yourself relieved from the everyday stresses of mind and body. While sitting and relaxing in chair or on a floor pillow if you prefer, and eyes closed, you will be talked through a wonderful meditation created with your needs and desires in mind. Weather it be something you would like to let go of, create for yourself, or simply experience the complete "letting go", that meditation offers. No previous meditation experience necessary.
Just come and "be" for a while.
 
Dream Hats ~Creativity & Meditation for Children
~Ages 4-14 with age appropriate groups

Dream-Hats is a visually guided meditation program for children.

This program allows children to express their imagination and creativity in a stress free and self enhancing atmosphere. A craft or a simple journal/ drawing is done at each session. Using imagination, listening skills and following directions are key components to the success of this program. A simple Dream-Hat is made at the first session.

Being in touch with the intuitive Creative part of ourselves, builds reseliance and creative problem solving skills that are life long lessons. The goal of this program is to activate, and appreciate that process.

Kali Natha Tantric Yoga
